OK, it ain't even 10 and I have "had" a day already and ready for 5 to roll around. Ran across these MLS PUBLIC REMARKS while pulling some comps for BPOs early this AM. I laughed my @$$ off. I don't know that this is really funny but it is DEFINITELY odd.
Maybe because I am not an "Oprah & Soap Watching While Making Dinner" kind of gal.
So if you watch Oprah and Soaps while cooking dinner and were searching for a house, would you want to jump up and see this one TODAY?
So this is a short sale. I think if someone had a bottom line to care about or an investor was selling or this was REO, the remarks would be different.
I can't wait for our market to normalize and for sellers to care about how their home is marketed again.
(please take no offense to this if you do watch soaps and Oprah while cooking dinner - I know the demographic has to be decent, but to me, this is an odd way to market a home!)
