Most of Las Vegas is on sale.
Right now there is very little inventory in many sectors but mainly under $200K. This has been the case for over a year now!
I still can't believe it when buyer's are shocked when I give them the memo on the fact that they aren't the only buyer out there and they need to be prepared time-wise to write more than one contract (ie fall in love with more than one house.)
Some buyers are even outright disgruntled when they realize their scenario does not even exist. They proceed to stalking me and selling me on themselves and their scenario.
Just a little tidbit about me as a Realtor: I (along with all of my referral partners) believe in educating my clients and setting their expectations up front about what to expect during the home process.
Right now it is excruciating to buy a home in the distressed environment. Either you (as a buyer) have the drive to get through the process or you don't.
Either way, I will let you know if your scenario exists or determine if you can make it through the process before I work with you.
Right now it is a long road from initial inquiry to keys (months and months and months, sometimes up to a year) and we need to be on the same page from start to finish.
