Las Vegas has many new incoming residents and many people relocating to the valley are generally looking for rental homes or apartments before making the decision to buy.

Many people decide on apartments rather than the alternative:   renting a Las Vegas condominium.  Apartments have lower move in costs & no or very little application fees.  It’s just easier!

Renting a Las Vegas condominium or home is a little more difficult – requiring more work by renter and comes with with higher move in costs & application fees.  The savings by renting a privately owned condominium will be in the monthly rent.

Rental prices on individually owned condominiums and single family homes have declined in the Las Vegas Valley due to the amount of all cash investor purchases in the last several years.  The savings over a one year lease could mean hundreds (and maybe even one to two thousands) of dollars $$!

Here is an example!  You have an apartment community in SW Las Vegas and a Condo Community nearby.  The apartments cost $709-1205/month to rent.  The condominiums cost $645-1200/month.    If you clicked through, you would see the median rental price at the condominiums MUCH lower than the apartments!
