WOW, Renee, if the appraisers factor in for the declining market, factor in the tax credits, maybe a few other incentives,the buyers can purchase and practically be paid for doing it. What a deal!
Wow...surely at that price, they are a steal and I just wonder how long it waill take to go back up! I mean... a car is more expensive!
