X-It is a gated condominium community developed in 2007 by Rhodes Homes.  Community Amenities include a swimming pool

There are currently (7/23/2009) 179 completed condominium homes.  They style is extremely contemporary & funky with lime green and eggplant purple exterior paint ~ either you love it or you hateX-It Condos Las Vegas it!  (I personally love it!)

All condos are 1466-1602 square feet and include an attached garage and community parking for your visitors.  The interior of the community (greenbelts) is lined with lush landscaping ~ Rhodes Homes never disappoints with the landscaping!

X-It Condos are conveniently located just a minute from the West 215/Tropicana ramp ~ which provides excellent proximity to the south strip & airport or Summerlin.

Other amenities close by are:  3 major hospitals, professional offices, medical corridor, retail, restaurants and local gaming!

Please note at the time of this post:  Condos are extremely hard to finance in Las Vegas currently.  Condo buyers should expect to pay all cash!

Hi Renee, I just came over to say hello. I hope all is well with you. I bet your market like mine is slamming busy!!! There are advantages to being hit so hard and so quick...we are also rebounding sooner.

Renee why is there difficulty with condo financing? Is it whether the community is FHA/VA approved yet?

I love the eggplant and lime too!

Hi Renee, great post about this community, I am just checking in as I have been completely "OFF THE GRID" backpacking in the mountains of Northern New Mexico for the last 2 weeks! Time to get back online!

Sally:  LOL and I am labeling the pics.  It's hard to crack the SEO of some of these more popular communities!

Bryant:  YES!  And we are absorbing all the "moratorium" inventory as fast as it comes online!

Candice:  The reasoning is because fannie mae is looking at investor concentration and HOA delinquencies.  The numbers they put out there are hard to hit in even a "normal" market.

Leolinda:  (see financing answer to Candice) and they are running between $125-150K currently.  They were $300K ish in their height!

Russell:  Hope you and the wifey had fun!  Bet it's nice to put the suit back on (or not!)
