Renee This is a nice looking neighborhood. hope the summer is as mild in Las Vegas as it is here in Tennessee.
Hey Renee, we remember Summerlin! We visited Las Vegas about 2 years ago and after burning ourselves out in the casinos, decided to take a drive through some residential areas, (real estate is truly in our blood) and we found ourselves in Summerlin. Nice place!
Renee - Ladera Canyon sounds like a great place to live. I am sure the views are spectacular!
I love the shade over the playground area! That's a wonderful idea for those hot summer days.
Larry: We were mild for most of the summerr until 4th of July week. Some rains brought in cooler temps last week but we are back to HOT HOT HOT now!
Al & Peggy: There are some really nice planned developments in the city and Summerlin is one of the most popular!!
Bill: It is genuinely tucked away but yet close to amenities and freeway ramps. Many people do not know about this quaint little area ;)
Penny: I think I would prefer taking my kids to the pool in July ;)
