Holy Short Sales Batman! WOW, I didn't know Vegas had so many! Excellent presentation! AR is an excellent way to learn about other markets, thanks for sharing.
Wow ! Those are some CRAZY distress sale numbers ....
Very nicely, done, Renee. The visual increases the impact.
Our REOs are about 10% give or take - LOL. And too bad we can't tell if it was a Short Sale or not!!! Our MLS doesn't have a field for that. ~Rita
Renee,
The REO and short sale combo makes up 84% of the sales. At least sales are taking place, the good news, but when is all that distressed inventory exhausted. One of these days, I hear.
Renee
65% of properties are bank owned or soon to be possibly? I don't know if you knew I am planning a move soon. At these prices things could be great. Is there a place for a big majestic dog names Lars to fit in? Heck, I'm only a state away soon; I could come and cold call for you for a day or two buddy.
You are the Queen of Real Estate in Las Vegas! Lars gives that a heads up as well.
Greg: I live in distressed listing and sale hell. Call it Gotham City if you wish!
Sheldon: I dream of normalcy (whatever that is!)
Steve: THANKS!
Rita: Poop on not having an extra field for that. I would not be in business if I had to manually discern between a short and the rest!
Esko: I pray for that day to be soon, I fear it won't ;)
Tom: You n Lars are going to be only a state away!! I am sure I can find you a nice home on a lot bigger than a postage stamp for Lars. If not, perhaps you can meet me at the dog park every night.
