Looks like these age-restricted communities really offer a lot of benefits. Whe I retire, I am definitely finding someplace to live that has a golf course.

Sun Cities looks very inviting right about now from Wisconsin. It's getting cold and I am envious of you in that beautiful climate.
Renee, I remember when some of these were developed for that 55+ sunbirds flocking to better weather. Some day I maybe down there, but that's when my ability to ski and make Snow Angels is over. ;)
