Renee,  Seems like a lot of pendings in desert shores unlike some other areas you have shown, it looks like a great area was it hit hard by short sales?  Have a great day!!

Keep that Desert Shores inventory coming so Renee Burrows has more listings to sell. Hope they all come to closing soon. Are lots of them short sales?

Debbie:  Actually due to the age of the community (built starting in the 80s) it is actually a little better than most with distressed property!

Tom:  Not a lot of shorts, compared to newer subdivisions!

Richard:  Nope, not in desert shores.  The older communities are a little less hard hit than the newer communities!
