People have been asking in my blog and emails where got my signature. I was reading blog posts yesterday and came across Joanne's post on how to do it.
You can go to www.mylivesignature.com to get yours! You can do many fonts, styles, angles, etc. You can also pay to have it animated which I didn't have time to do yesterday.
It is a pain to post because it is HTML and I have it copied and saved on a notepad document. It adds a step to every blog post because once I post, I have to click "edit" at the bottom and then "html" at the top before I add it. It is cool though and I do like it.
So make sure you thank Joanne not me :)
BTW: If anyone knows enough html to explain how to make my links clickable with this html code I would be forever thankful!

Missy: Congrats!
Ed: Good Luck!
Steve: Wonder no more!
Thanks for the great tip!
Hey, I'm going to head over there right now and a signature. Thanks for the link and post. The people with them already have some nice ones.
Testing to see if this works.... Well... the links work but cannot get that overlapping signature effect....

Culio!
I wanted to ask but not make you think I was a copy cat!!! (woof!)
Brad: You are welcome!
Donna: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! How is Baby Harris?
Cynthia: Good luck!
Dan: Awesome possum (I know you love my verbiage) Do I just copy and paste or is there html for that?
Loretta: WOO HOO!
Michele: HAHAHAHA MEOW HISS!!!!!! FYI: I am not like that at all! That's what in-laws are for, right?
Excellent post.... now I just need to learn to use it!
I love the signature and I'm going to give it look. Thanks for the tip.
I don't know what happened. Every time I try to write in cursive it just comes out looking like this:
Welp.... You do have a unique style of pointing out the hella cool things you find. Words like Neato & Cool seem out of place for a young'un like you. But what the hey, it brightens the day.
Copy and paste seem like the easiest way but you'd have to do it from WORD.
That was great, I think I am going to use this all the time.
Thanks
Renee,
It's amazing how much you can learn here on AR.
Thanks for the tip
Hey Renee - I saw your post the other day where you told someone to go find it in your comments, so I did just that. Had a lot of fun playing around that site, too!
I love seeing all the different ones others have created. Thanks for directing us to where we could have some fun!!
Hey what a great post for something we can use right away. Thanks Renee!
Renee,
Thanks going to get mine now.
Hi Renee...Wink. Wink.
Now I know where all the sigs are coming from...
They're all over the rain and it's all your fault. LOL.
Hmmm. If I intend to keep up with myself I am going to have to type that.
It takes to long to leave a comment with a customized sig :)
Hey that's pretty cool, I am going to try it myself:0)
Thanks,
Tom Weiss
Thanks to both you and Joanne! I'm on my way over...
Gary: Looks like you got it by now!
Pam: Did you share with partner Paul?
Cynthia, Leigh, Chris Lyons, Terry: You are so very welcome!
Desiree: WAY COOL!
Dena: LOL!
Betty: GOOD LUCK!
CEG: you are always funny :)
Dan: always a pleasure to amuse you as much as you amuse me :)
Bob: You post, edit, go to html and add the signature html on the bottom!
Tom: ha, you never fail to cease the moment!
David: you and me. Too bad I never finished my plan of becoming a doctor. My handwriting says I was destined.
Ann: as always you are welcome and you teach me too
Dave: Unfortunately it sidetracked me quite a bit that morning but cool nonetheless!
Danny: Was that a promise or a threat
TLW: Yea it does!
Carl: It is fun!
Tom: DID YOU? Where is it?
Sandi: :)
Hey girl, cool stuff! I'll be adding this to my to do list for today and I'll come back and post the results later. Also, I may be able to help you with making the links clickable. I'll let you know. Thanks for the post and yes, I'll be thanking Joanne also.
Here's mine... for now anyway. You know me, I'll proabably change it every day!
Thank You! What a great ideal I am going to get one now!
Here's mine. I'm so excited!
Jennifer: :)
Lorinda: Fun huh?
Document Diva, sweet!
Renee, every now and then it is a good idea to google your own name! I did, and came up with this post, about 2 months late. That is more than late to the party! I have noticed lots of signatures too, but to be honest, sometimes I forget to add mine. All I do is right click on it and copy and paste. That works without using the code at all. Now I am going to have to go and find one and add it here!
Howdy Renee
I know this is an older post but, I have read some posts that folks where wanting to know how to put those great signatures in their comments and on their blogs. So I did a search to find out where they could get the info on how to do it. So it's time for your post to go back to the top of the Newbies group so new folks joining now can read it.
Have a grand and Happy New Year!
Have a good one
Dale
Thanks for the info! I also figured out how to make it so if you click on my signature it will take you to my website. Yeah!
If anyone knows how to make it "float" I would love to find out.
Marie: good question about floating! How do you get it clickable to your site, just a link?
