Renee - I would imagine since this is such a "specialty" type of real estate only available to those 55 or older that 5.4 months of inventory can't be bad. Am I right?
Nevin: You are absolutely right. These types of markets are a little more balanced and a little less susceptible to decline!

Looks like Siena has a good ratio between listings, pendings, and solds. What are the stats for each as far as short sales on the market? Do they make up alot of the listings?
