Coronado Ranch in Las Vegas looks like a great place for a dog to be sitting next to the pool. It is so cold in Wisconsin but I am so envious of you living in a wonderful area.

The month's inventory is pretty low, so obviously things are moving rather well over there. A desirable trend indeed.

Tom:  Don't be fooled, it gets cold here too, maybe only for three weeks.  This morning I had an appointment at 7 and another at 8.  My car reported 38 degrees and it was drizzling.  You just say SNOW already so it is pretty at least, haha!

Looks like "under contract" has the biggest piece of the pie.  Interesting... looks like "solds" will have a larger share soon.
