Renee - I am so glad to see so many in contract. You know what would be interesting? A " members only" chart showing conversion of in contract to closed. And if you were able the reason for fallout on the ones that didn't close. Of course this takes time which we all have a lot of....LOL
These are great charts and I wish I knew how to duplicate them. I tried on Excel and I was a complete failure!

Look at all the homes under contract; you guys could use a lot more inventory I bet.
Fred: Not sure if prices will go up but they may with all the cash buyers in our market!
