Renee, holy batmobile! Those are some 'sick' absorption rates! :) I know it's kind of late so I was thought I was seeing things when I saw a '1' there. Wow, simply amazing. They are definitely selling like hot cakes. Maybe it's the temperature in Vegas? That's also a high proportion under Pending status. Looks like Vegas is going to recovery faster than sooner.
