Nice looking community, and with the size of the homes, probably affordably priced. Really like the picture of the homes with the mountains in the background.

Thank you

Renee - It sounds like Calavera at Summerlin is in a prime location surrounded by everything, what more could a Las Vegas NV buyer or home owner ask for?

I'm thinking that Calavera at Summerlin is yet another wonderful place for a guy and his dog. Lots to areas to choose from.

Renee,

You keep churning out these hyperlocal blogs and doing a great job. I am amazed at how different the west looks with a more lush appearance at this time of the year. We have not seen everything green up here in Lancaster. We are little behind for where we usually are. The only positive is I have not yet had to mow lawn.

Cheryl:  Snap snap!

Cal:  LOL!!  We have received so much rain that the weeds are entirely out of control too!

John:  Thanks!
