The only thing missing on these market reports is some audio. I am wondering if Jing or some product will work. Then you have every bell and whistle. I figured out the search stories last night. You have to have Google Chrome loaded instead of Internet Explorer. I lost an hour figuring that out. Tonight I am going to work on the maps so I have two of four down. Then the graphics and the charts above the next two nights. My goal is to be operational by Sunday range with Southern Maryland Market Reports with a little Vegar style to them. I am not pleased with my hyper local posts. I need to improve them next. I need a format or system that works.

Charleston Heights remains a pretty steady seller's market based on the month's inventory numbers.
Renee, I heard of Charleston NC but looks like the market in Charleston Hgts is heating up faster. Over 50% under contract is something. :D
BTW, awesome maps and cool video! (hmmm...maybe way too 'cool' for the 'HOT' Vegas market) :)
