Beautiful home and what an unreal price. It's good they have Nevada's greatest talent and charming real estate agent on it. I have always admired your commitment to hard work and being able to step out of the box and take a look at the big picture. I wish I had a partner like you in real estate; clients would really have amazing person looking out for them that has a real passion for this Industry and I would have a commitment from someone that could high five me and say "let's make our goals today Tommy" That goal could be having more time with Spencer and Lars, outstanding service and 8 closings a week. There must be legitimate buyers out there. It seems from your statistics there are probably folks who want to get into the market but have a hard time because there are so many short sales which makes buying a nightmare.
