Renee - It's great that inventory is starting to close in The Lake in Las Vegas NV.
Although there wasn't a big change over last month, at least the solds went up! Yippee!!!!!!!
Renee - Is this near Lake Meade? I find the name curious in the desert. However looks like things are looking up

Steady Eddie we could call the Lakes. The month's inventory is creeping down but isn't as low as in some other subdivisions.
Claude: Nope, we have a couple of lake communities in the middle of LV!! Lake Las Vegas is the one near Lake Mead!
