This is being reported as the largest foreclosure auction in Las Vegas history. I may just go and check it out tomorrow, I will report back on what went on!

Wow. That's a lot of auctions. Is the market in Las Vegas really soft and how much depreciation has the area seen, if any? In Nebraska, I feel we haven't had any appreciation over the past 2 years.
Steve
Renee, Its getting pretty crazy around here huh?
Kaye: I am holding my breath too to see how this all plays out! I always slice out the markets and it isn't looking pretty in some sub markets. If you take a moment and click on "economic conditions" in my tag cloud I added foreclosure and short sale listing numbers in my report starting sometime in spring so you can take a look and compare. They HOPPED up two months after I started doing them!
Mary: THANKS :)
Cheryl: didn't go :( Had a buyer to work with.
Steve: NOPE, have seen only a little depreciation. May sound worse than it is. The only thing that concerns me is what the next several months of foreclosures, disappearing loan products will do to our economy.
Rey: Yikes, yes!
