Renee, I am always blown away at your market. Twice as many "Pendings" as you have homes on the market. Very unusual. We have 14,000 homes on the market, 2,400 Pending.
Renee - It's hard to believe pendings are down in Mountains Edge, when almost 400 homes are under contract.

Sales and pendings are a tad lower from last month, hopefully they bounce back for this month.
I need to get back to my reports in a few weeks. I am having laptop issues that dereailed me.
