I know LV was hit hard during the meltdown. But it appears from these numbers that there's quite a bit of activity now. I hope of those 62 homes that closed in May you had a hand in a few of them!

It looks like the listing numbers are going down and the undercontracts going up, that's great news.  I sure hope you had most of those deals.
