Ah, no wonder it only takes you 15 minutes to do a market report. No words, or at least not many. But you present it in an easy enough fashion that the numbers can't be misinterpreted...or at least I'd like to think so.
Renee - great market report of what is happening in Coronado Ranch.
That's an impressive market! We hear about how bad the Las Vegas market is, but this one is impressive!
Looks like some seasonality is playing a part here. Either that or the cash has left the building. Thanks Renee!
