Aliante is beginning to get caliente Shack Diva. Funny how neighborhoods burst with activity at different times.
Renee - Del Webb was once a big name. A NY Yankee icon, his retirement communities have flourished over the decades. They now refer to his idea as Sun City for active adults. We too have a new one here in Charlotte (actually just a few minutes south in South Carolina). The have kept a steady pace on sales and do an excellent job on taking care of members needs with a multitude of venues. Glad to see they are performing well in LV. Cheers

Fabulous report Renee, as usual. We too have Del Webb neighborhoods here in the Triangle. They are doing well. Am I reading that right you have 40 pending... are they pre-sales?
Renee, 40 under contract and only 33 listings? The market there really blows me away, so unusual. Unusual at least to my market's standards. Deadliest Catch tomorrow night.
