Great numbers with regarding to the inventory levels.  If you need to sell, now is the time while demand is up and rates are low.

Renee, Nice Market report.  It looks like your market is doing better than ours..it's been a bit of a tough summer here, thankfully I have had commercial to keep me going, res as been slow.  Hope business is booming for you. :)
