Rhodes Ranch Amenities & Renters

Rhodes Ranch has changed it's policy in regards to amenities and renters and this was effective at the beginning of summer 2007. Renters have to pay $250/per person per year over the age of 7 to use the amenities in Rhodes Ranch.

actually - that's pretty cool!

I know my community wanted to at one point penalize tenants etc... but $250/yr is reasonable for a "club" type atmosphere and for amenities like in your picture

good info!

Is there still HOA fees?  If not that sounds like a great deal for such nice amenities.

Well wait - if the owner is paying HOA or property taxes or anything, those fees are already reflected in the rent to the tenant.

Doesn't sound all kosher to me...

Renters in my area only pay a refundable deposit to the assoc. to cover possible damage. The get a refund at the end of their lease. How do they keep a record? Or is it mandatory no matter what?

David:  THanks I try

Dawn:  Yes there is and they are $100/month.  This makes it attractive for an investor looking to rent out properties but I have my own opinions on this :)

Christina:  I agree with you along with the landlords and renters!

Neal:  Mandatory, no matter what, supposedly.
