Renee - Great market report for Coronado Ranch Las Vegas NV, it's great pendings are up.
I agree Renee, that's a lot of properties under contract, you're fortunate. We had a slow up here last month. This month seemed to kick in a tad more - but the verdict is still out how the year will end up.
