Renee ... I like your Rhodes Ranch area local housing market report. It looks like that area had more than 400 homes in pending on August 15, more than number of active listings, which would probably show lots of shorts now under pending contract. Is that correct? We have that same trend lots of shorts under contract going on here in this part of South OC, CA.
Renee, your market reports for LasVegas are just amazing..seems you cover everything for the buyers and sellers.

When you do these posts, what is a realistic time frame you allocate to the project? They always look incredible.
Cheryl: The graphs are auto saved so it only takes as much time to pull the stats and add those stats into the graphs - perhaps 10-15 minutes per post.
