Great report; hope you are having a great Labor day.
Renee- 55+ communities are becoming popular with my clients--one is shopping for a place for his mother and another is shopping for his future retirement home. I've never considered this my niche, but I'm becoming an expert in my area. Sometimes a niche finds us...rather than the other way around.
Renee...you always have the best market reports! We have a few of these communities in the Atlanta area, but they are way, way, way out from the city. I know one of them is not doing well, and is actually trying to get their zoning chnaged back to allow families!
