Hi Renee...Wow look at all those properties under contract, and only a 3 month supply. You sure know your real estate market..Buyers should get on with looking if they want a nice home here..while there are still some great choices and low mortgage interest rates.
Renee - Even though sales are the same and pendings are down it still looks like Sun City Aliante North Las Vegas NV is still a pretty strong seller's market.

Scott: Yes absorption is moving up slightly. The sun cities are typically stable markets.
