Renee - Sun CIty is enjoying a stable market, that sounds pretty good to me. I believe that the sellers market is coming here in a big way soon. Half the homeowners here have already refinanced, and the builders a moving at a snails pace. SOme of our better neighborhoods have a 3 month absorbtion rate already.
Renee, I've watching your posted market stats and I'm amazed at the low absorption rates. Your market is much stronger than the press would have us believe.
Love the pie graphs, so quick n easy to get the picture of your market just by taking a glance. Seems like the inventory levels are rather healthy.

Bill: I am not an avid golfer (retired my first day of playing in high school) but my husband is! IDK if he has ever played that course. I have tried to get him to take the camera when he is out golfing to get me some fab shots of our amazing golf courses!
