Love that desert scenery in the background! A lot of Canadians like to own in your area...look forward to sending you referral biz!
Amazing! I get to watch hot air balloon landings in my backyard, its so peaceful to see the mountain scenery with the balloons!
Wow! What a great view! And the balloon is pretty too! :OD
Great shot!
But, that's not the most common balloon over Vegas. 8>)
Bill
Front Row Seat, I guess maybe Back Yard Seat. I am amazed the way they control them. I have never been in a hot air balloon but would like to. The first picture with the mountains in the back ground is too cool.
Thank you.
Sea to Sky: Thanks for thinking of me!
Tom: I remember the first morning we woke up here - laying on an air mattress in our master bedroom and no window coverings - a hot air balloon just skirted right by us! What a treat that has never ceased!
Joni: I do have a most amazing unobstructed view of Red Rock Canyon!
Bill: LOL you are right. Do you know how long it took me to get shot of "unbranded" balloon to put on my blog hahahhaha
Scott: They controlled it right through a row of lights from the school parking lot. I thought for sure there was going to be a crash!
Now that must have been a sight to see!
What a great sight to wake up to Renee. And I love the "Want a perfect landing for your Las Vegas Real Estate transaction?" tie in to Real Estate.
Very cool. About the only exciting thing I sometimes see from my back yard is fireworks and an occasional fox! Have a great Sunday.
Cool photo, Renee. How long did it take to land? I would imagine it took a while... but that’s just a guess.
Renee, what a great shot, and even from your back yard! We have balloons in the Chatfield area early in the morning before it gets too warm, and such a great site!
Renee, great photos. Sometimes they land so fast that you can hardly catch them. Thank you for sharing.
Renee, now that is awesome to be able to have this come down in your back yard. Like the scenery...we see mostly deer not just one but 6-12 every day.
GREAT photos. Although not in motion, we certainly get the sense of the balloon landing! At least it didn't land in your backyard HA HA HA
Wow, very cool. Such different scenery vs. here. Very cool.
Hi Renee, Beautifully captured. Nice series of shots for the landing.
Simply beautiful ! Great snapshots !!! What a beautiful day : )
Renee, I really want to take a hot air balloon ride - maybe over the Loire Valley. Hope the landing is as nice as this one.
Renee,
Hope all your RE transactions are landed perfectly!
I just read that LV grew over 35% in 8 years. That's amazing,
Steve
I hope all your real estate transactions land smoothly, too =)
GReat batch of pictures! :) What a great way to enjoy time in the backyard!
I took a hot air balloon ride over the CA desert--it was a wonderful (but hot) experience! Your photos brought back some good memories (although my friend was scared to death the entire ride).
I love this post. Great analogy and great photos. Have you done all the parks. I love your Saturday park posts and have been missing them.
Cal
Why is it that I only think about ballooning happening in AZ? That I would do in a heartbeat. You're the luckiest Renee. We only get to see the Goodrich blimp now and then, ballooning is about 30 miles away. Really nice sequential shots too!
Renee, How exciting to watch. You reminded me some where I have a picture of a Hot Air Balloon landing on my street a number of years ago. It looks like a it was a beautiful day. :)
Renee - That was really cool! My friend Bob lives in New Mexico and from time to time I'll get a few cool balloon pics. You should have your name on the side of it!
Renne - a flight to remember and a landing to enjoy your choice of words to go along with the pictures is excellent.
Renee, you have a great view even without the balloon! They are so fun to watch but I'm not sure I would want to ride in one. Great photos- hope you have a great week!
Renee
One can always have a perfect landing when they use the best agent in Las Vegas; that's Renee Burrows.
Renee - you make it look so easy - I have a great view on Fridays and Saturdays of parachuters drifting down - I never got a good shot - guess I will have to go up on the plane with them.
That is pretty cool Renee and wow what a view from your back yard!
that series of pictures reminds me of the economy - coming straight down.
Renee - I lived/worked there in 2000, and that was the view I saw from my apartment balcony every Sunday. Fond memories
Renee, Beautiful photos with the mountains in the background! That's a nice view to wake up to.
Sally: It was!
Craig: I should have photoshopped you hanging out the basket and waving at the masses! HAHA! Your posts crack me up.
Bill: Probably all of 10 minutes!
Claude: I always look forward to fall to get the views of the balloons!
Gene: Yea, was going to make a reference to that but like to keep it positive mostly!
Virginia: That would be cool to get an aerial of Mesquite like that!
Thanks everyone else for the comments :)
Renee That is "cool" A balloon could not do that behind our home - it's all woods
