Current mortgage rate trends 3-11-11 mortgages in carlsbad

Mortgage rates started off worse than yesterday in early trading and continues to feel pressure due to reports of a strengthening economy and lowering gas prices.  Signs of an improving economy is always bad for mortgage rates and vice versa.

Current mortgage rate trends for those seeking mortgages in Carlsbad are looking good if buying a home or refinance an existing home. I would suggest you take any improvement as a chance to get in during a lull because rates are headed higher.

Thanks for the mortgage tips. I think that savvy buyers should definitely be reading and learning before obtaining a loan.

Hi Nevin!  I was just having a conversation with buyers yesterda who are thinking of buying in the next few months--they love that the economy is rebounding but, want it to wait until they're ready to buy!  You can't have it both ways unfortunately!

Melissa - Agreed.  Not doing so can cast them a lot of money

Debe - By them waiting they will pay much more with a higher rate and the cost of the house will be more.  The best time to get a loan or buy a home is when the economy is bad.
