Nevin, I believe every word you said in your video. I have had several trip to India (for almost FREE) in last few years, thanks to my points for an Airline! (In fact couple of trips were business class - just by paying $300!)
It's great to put down enough to make the monthly mortage payments more affordable, but many believe there can be too much equity.
