Graphs definitely show it much better that writing it down. Thanks for taking the time and showing us. Yes, I was talking with another person the other day and they are seeing people renting than selling until the market turns around. This is helping at least a couple of ways. One it is helping the owner with two mortgages. Two is is helping the renter who probably does not have good credit. Three it is getting the numbers off of the market down and then I know there are many more.
