Arlington Ranch changes since last month: Listings DOWN -3, Pendings UP +5, Sold units UP +1.
Interesting note about Arlington Ranch (Las Vegas) Community: Arlington Ranch was built at the "height" of bubbled prices. Many of the listings are distressed sales and currently (Nov 2011) 79% of the pendings & contracted homes are short sales (read - what is a short sale?) This is the reason why the pie graphs for Arlington Ranch look so funky and there are not enough closings proportionate to the pendings.

WHOA!!!! Look at those numbers, Renee. Only 6 homes not under contract and less than a month of inventory of homes for sale in Arlington Ranch. No wonder the reports about the Las Vegas real estate market are so encouraging. You're obviously in an improving market.
Love your style of your reports and the map of the GLVAR pins of the homes in this area. So happy to see Vegas seems to be improving. I have a soft spot for that place even if I hated living there, but loved visiting.
