Lola:  Amazing.  Problem is another offer will trump yours by the time the bank gets around to responding so all of my buyers have moved on into the new construction market after submitting and losing out on several homes.

Just strikes me as dirt cheap. A three bedroom condo for under $120,000? The same unit in my market would run $250,000 to $400,000.

Andrew:  It is actually a single family home and it is under auction terms.  It is more than possible to get bid up to $225-250 :wink:
