After viewing this (and seeing some of the bank owned properties) we are moving to Nevada !!! LOL. Seriously though, great photos and a great presentation. Is KB Homes the predominant builder in Las Vegas or are there several ? Who are the top 1 or 2 ? I think investing in homebuilders right now is a great opportunity.
