Curved edges are good Feng Shui.  Interesting that pool and spa are on the rooftop. In St Pete, our old highrises had the pools on the top - current downtown building requirements for highrises require retail at the street level, and limit height to three stories, then the living tower has to be set back. Thus, most of our pools and open areas are on the fourth floor level.
