- February 2009 Closes: 2234 (not official end closing tally)
Usually pendings drop as end of month closes rise. Not the case today!!

I just browsed some of the LV listing inventory last night. There sure are some beautiful properties for sale at decent prices right now. I was snooping through the entry level condo and single family market as I had a fellow ask me about it a month or so ago and I am always curious to see what sort of bargains are around the country.
Inventory going down. That has got to be a good sign for you Renee.

Renee, going below 20,000 must be a good thing for you. Our local MLS has over 50,000 homes for sale. It would be nice to get that inventory to your level. I wonder how long that may take?
Must mean there working to get them closed. Sounds like the turn is coming to your area.
